Personalized Programs

Programs are personalized to meet each client’s need. There are three levels of competency (beginner, intermediate, and expert). We work with youth as young as 2 years old up until college level. Trainings are done at public parks and gyms.

Learn the basics of dribbling and how to get past your defender. Improve your basketball IQ using basic and expert level ball handling skills. Learn how to combine footwork, ball handling, and hand-eye coordination techniques. Be prepared for dribbling homework.

Improve accuracy, footwork, and form. Learn shooting techniques and increase release time, making it difficult to get your shot. 

You don’t have to be a point guard to be a great passer. Learn the different passes that expert players use on the court. 

Learn new moves and improve old ones. Learn and implement simple yet effective basketball moves. Become unstoppable when driving to the basket

Learn and perfect moves related to your playing position (guard and/or forwards). 

You can be the greatest ball handler and shooter in the world, but if you are unable to pass your defender, those skills are negatively impacted. You will learn to speed up your footwork and how you move on the court (with and without the ball). 

Learn tips and tricks to stealing the basketball. Develop correct footwork to stay in front of your defender. Improve conditioning so that you can endure through long games. 

Learn the correct techniques to box-out an opponent. Learn to jump smart, not hard. Athleticism is great to have but when combined with “smarts” you can go a long way. Your body will also be better off in the long run. We will teach you to combine speed, agility, and mental preparation to improve your rebounding rate. 

Great players have to know how to get open. This requires conditioning and a high basketball IQ. Opposing coaches usually have their players face guard and trap really good players in hopes to frustrate and tire them out. Learn how to get open so that you can consistently contribute to your team victories. 

Basketball is a game of combined thought and action. Mental preparation is the most important aspect of basketball. The best players in the world mentally prepare for the task ahead of them before game time. You can outplay the player that you can out-think.
